Cancellation Policy:

Registration fees will be refunded if a cancellation request is received in writing no later than February 15, 2009. A $50 USD handling fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the February 15, 2009 deadline. You may transfer your registration at any time without penalty to another person in your organization.
